
Delicious Bacon cheesy stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients:
- 24 extra large jalapenos
- 1.5 cup cream Cheese
- 1.5 cup cream cheese spread
- 4 Tbsp MMFlavorCo Chipotle Ranch
- 3/4 pound chopped crispy bacon
- 3/4 pound chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 cup finely diced sweet onion
- 1 pound finely shredded mexican blend or sharp cheddar cheese
Core jalapenos with MMFlavorCo Pepper Core Tool (included with MMFlavorCo Pepper Cooking Tray. Poke bottom of peppers with a fork once to allows for drainage. Set seeds and cores aside.
Place jalapenos upright in MMFlavorCo Pepper Cooking Tray. If Jalapenos are not large enough you can use kebab skewers to hold them in place.
Chop between 1 and 24 jalapeno cores and seeds depending on desired spice level. 3 is recommended for a good balance of heat and flavor. For an extra spicy option, you could also chop some habaneros as well.
In large bowl or mixer mix all ingredients including your desired amount of pepper cores until uniform in consistency.
Load MMFlavorCo Flavor Injection Gun with bacon cheesy mixture. A piping bag can be used in a pinch but make sure it is heavy duty enough for the thick mixture. Inject jalapenos with the bacon cheesy mixture starting from the bottom. Leave about 1/4 inch of space at the top for heat expansion.
Smoke or bake at 350 degrees for 14-24 minutes. Smoker is recommended for the best flavor use equal parts cherry, apple, mesquite, and hickory wood.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
